The news feeds, video clips, and photos provided by the Agency are licensed exclusively for use by the registered subscriber outlet mentioned in this registration. Reselling, sub-licensing, syndicating, or distributing the content to any third party is strictly prohibited.
All intellectual property rights belong to the Agency. The client agrees to provide appropriate source credit / byline, such as "Source: [Agency Name]", wherever applicable.
The client shall not distort, manipulate, or edit the news content in a manner that changes its factual context, misrepresents facts, or creates defamation. The client holds sole legal responsibility for any editorial changes made on their end.
Subscription fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of each billing cycle. Delay in payment may lead to immediate suspension of news services.
